The 10th Vietnamese culture-tourism festival, organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Vietnamese Embassy in the Republic of Korea, is underway in Seoul and Gwang, from October 14 to October 19.
The event is part of the celebratory activities marking the 30th anniversary of Vietnam-RoK diplomatic ties.
The festival is designed to introduce and promote the beauty of Vietnam, its land and and people.
It features Vietnamese handicrafts, a display of photos of Vietnamese land and people, and introduce tourism potential and policies as well as new tourism products of the Southeast Asian nation.
Visitors to the festival also have chance to sample some traditional Vietnamese dishes during the event.
Vietnamese Ambassador to RoK Nguyen Vu Tung and President of the Korea Foundation for International Culture Exchange Jung Kil-hwa attend the festival.
