On October 15, at the Tourist Information and Support Center - Xuan Son National Park Tourist Site, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a summary of the class “Teaching and guiding practice of folk art performances to serve tourists” and the training course on “On-the-spot tour guide profession” in 2022.
The class “Teaching and guiding practice of folk art performances to serve tourists” in 2022 will be held from September 15 to 30 with a total of 32 participants who are local people and individuals doing business in tourism services in Tan Son district. Here, the learners were taught and guided to practice folk dance performances of Dao and Muong ethnic groups and skills to introduce and organize community cultural programs to serve tourists.
The training course “On-the-spot tour guide profession” in 2022 was held from October 13 to October 15 with a total of 44 participants who were staff of the Culture - Information Office, Center for Culture, Sports and Tourism; presentation staff at tourist sites and attractions; commune cultural officers; homestay business owners and individuals participating in community tourism activities, guiding tourists in tourist sites and attractions in the province. Summary of tourism training courses in 2022
Training courses are organized to raise awareness of indigenous people in participating in organizing community tourism activities, improving the quality of tourism services, creating jobs, and increasing income from tourism activities in the district; contributing to building the destination image, promoting the development of community cultural tourism activities, ecotourism – experience tourism of the province. At the same time, raising the awareness of preserving and promoting the cultural values of the Dao - Muong ethnic groups, which are increasingly being spread in the community and to tourists.
