(TITC) - On 25th October, the flight No. VJ1862 carried 350 international passengers from Kazakhstan landed at Cam Ranh International Airport, welcoming back the international visitor market from Central Asia to Khanh Hoa Province - according to Tuoitre news.

Mr. Bui Quoc Dai, Deputy Director of Anex Vietnam Travel and Trading Co.,Ltd, said the company coordinated with Vietjet Air to bring international tourists from the Kazakhstan market on a package tour to Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa for travel and relaxation.
As per schedule, in the first period (from 25th October 2022 to 30th April 2023), flight route Cam Ranh (Khanh Hoa, Vietnam) – Almaty (Kazakhstan) will be operated with the frequency of 2 flights/week. Particularly modern large aircraft A-330 will be utilised, to shorten the travel time to just over 9 hours per leg.
Earlier, due to no direct flights, there were not many Kazakh visitors to Khanh Hoa. The first direct flight connecting the coastal city Nha Trang with Almaty city - Kazakhstan's largest economic centre, offers people and tourists a convenient flight experience, meeting the needs of travel, work, study and visit relatives between two countries.
Visitors from Kazakhstan have high demands for relaxation, long winter stay. Kazakhstan also uses Russian in communication. Khanh Hoa Province already has tourist facilities and services to serve Kazakhstan visitors.

According to Mr. Cung Quynh Anh - Deputy Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Tourism, although visitors from Central Asia have the advantage of being traditional sources of visitors to Khanh Hoa, travel agencies keep making efforts and having solutions to diversify the international tourist markets coming to Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa.
By operating the direct flight from Kazakhstan, Khanh Hoa Province is welcoming Kazakhs and visitors from other Eastern European countries back to the country, diversifying the international visitor markets. Service quality of tourist establishments have been upgraded and new tourism products will be introduced to attract large number of visitors, stated Mr. Cung Quynh Anh.
Visitors from Kazakhstan expressed their excitement when they arrived at Khanh Hoa. “This is my first time coming to Vietnam. The weather is gradually getting hot but I am thrilled for the warm welcome of the people here. I hope my stay in Khanh Hoa will be full of attractive service, especially the cuisine of the coastal city” – Ms. Diana, a Kazakh shared.
