In December, the northern province of Quang Ninh organizes many cultural festivals to attract tourists at the end of 2022.

Two prominent events are Binh Lieu Flower Festival 2022 which will be held from December 16 to 18 at the forest of Dong Long village in Dong Tam commune, Binh Lieu district, and Ha Long Winter Carnival 2022 with the theme “Colors of Wonder” expected to be held at the end of December.
The Flower Festival, an event within the framework of the Binh Lieu Culture-Tourism Week from the beginning of November to the end of December 2022, takes place with many attractive cultural and sports activities such as the opening of a special art program at 15:00 on December 16; sports activities, folk games; culinary competition; shopping at booths introducing OCOP products in Binh Lieu and other localities inside and outside the province; photo exhibition on nature, culture and people of Binh Lieu; youth campfire night on December 17-18; and the 6th Binh Lieu Flower Festival sports bicycle race in 2022, scheduled on December 18.
Ha Long Winter Carnival 2022 is a party of music, lights and experiences. On the sidelines of the event, many cultural activities are held from December 18 to 24, such as the “Colors of Wonders” food fair taking place from December 18 to 24; Diamond Island EDM Party; National Paragliding Competition on December 23-24; Carnaval Dance Contest; street band performance; and street art circus.
In 2022, Quang Ninh expects to welcome about 11.6 million tourists, over 2.6 times higher than 2021./.
