Vietnam cuisine shines at World Culinary Awards 2023

(TITC) - World Culinary Awards - the global initiative to recognise and reward excellence in the culinary industry - has announced Ha Noi as the winner of Asia's Best Emerging Culinary City Destination 2023. The 2023 award was held at a glittering dinner reception in Atlantis The Royal, Dubai, UAE on 15th October.

Ha Noi is now a stellar on the world culinary map when three out of four of Vietnam's first Michelin-starred restaurants are all present in the Capital.

At the award ceremony, Hibana by Koki restaurant belonging to Capellia Hotel (in Ha Noi) was crowned as Asia's Best Hotel Restaurant 2023.

On the other hand, Anan Restaurant & Rooftop Bar, a representative from Ho Chi Minh City - the restaurant that owns 1 star Michelin, was titled Asia's Best Restaurant 2023.

Hôtel des Arts Saigon won Asia's Best Brunch Venue 2023.

The Saigontourist Group Culinary Culture, Delicacies Festival was titled Asia's Best Culinary Festival 2023 and World’s Best Culinary Festival 2023.

Rina van Staden, Director of World Culinary Awards said, World Culinary Awards 2023 winners represent stellar examples of excellence in the culinary industry, and he congratulated each and every one for helping to raise the collective benchmark to even greater heights.
