Hundreds of visitors participated in a kite-flying festival held in Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province, on April 28.
Giant kites shaped like sea creatures are flown at the festival.
At around 4pm, more than 100 kites shaped like sea creatures were flown over the beach, attracting numerous domestic and foreign visitors as well as local residents.
The organisers also distributed kites to visitors free of charge so they could experience flying kites over the beach.
This is the tenth time that the kite-flying festival has been held in Binh Thuan Province as part of the Hello Sunny series of events.
