On 9 May 2024, The Vietage by Anantara announces the introduction of a second railway carriage, which will operate a daily return journey between Nha Trang and Quy Nhon.

On the five-hour journey, travelers will sit back the train seat and admire nature landscapes passing the window, taking the scenes like rural villages, lotus ponds, fishermen casting their nets, farmers in fields with the water buffaloes, stunning bays and striking coastline fronting the East Sea.

This is slow travel at its best - the trains hit an average speed of 51.9 kilometers per hour (32.2 mph), according to Anantara.
