Within the framework of Nha Trang Sea Tourism Festival, Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Tourism Association and VietHotel Solutions Joint Stock Company (Vietsolutions Group) have recently organized a workshop for Khanh Hoa sustainable tourism and hotel development.
Tourism and hotel experts share experience on sustainable hospitality development in Khanh Hoa.
Present at the event were Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Chu Hoi, former General Director of the Vietnam Administration of Seas and Islands; Associate Professor, PhD. Tran Dinh Thien, former director of Vietnam Institute of Economics together with many experts in digital transformation and green transformation towards sustainable tourism growth.
Tourism and hotel experts, managers, and businesses shared knowledge and experience on sustainable hospitality development. Khanh Hoa has numerous hotels and resorts with 4-5 star ones accounting for 40% together with a large number of domestic and international tour operators. Khanh Hoa needs to promote digital transformation, green transformation; and effective and sustainable use of resources to turn Khanh Hoa to be a high-quality tourism center.
In addition, the workshop updated knowledge and information on sustainable development and practical experience from projects and hotels successful with sustainable development solutions; and introduced the latest products, technologies and solutions for sustainable development in the hospitality sector.
Within the framework of the workshop, Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Tourism Association and Vietsolutions Group signed a memorandum of understanding on implementing solutions for sustainable Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa tourism and hotel development.
