As an annual practice, Sunrise Nha Trang Beach Hotel & Spa, together with millions of people in the world, always supports Earth Hour.
This year, on the 31st March 2012, from 8.30pm to 9.30pm, the hotel will turn off the lights as well as other unnecessary electric appliances at its exterior, surroundings and in its lobby. Besides that the hotel also helps its employees thoroughly understand the meaning of this campaign and gets their support as the motto “You and I act together”.
In the staff notice board, there is information of Earth Hour 2012 and energy saving solutions for their follow-up. A poster of Earth Hour will be displayed at the lobby. Letters is delivered to all rooms to encourage the guests in turning power off.
Besides activities to support Earth Hour 2012, to attract and inspire guests to join in this meaningful activity, the hotel will organize a buffet dinner by the poolside. It’s really an ideal place where guests can gather and show their love to this planet. When the guests have already taken up their seats, the light will be dimmed, the candle will be lighted up, creating tranquil atmosphere.
This year, the 31st March is also the day of Death Anniversary of Hung Kings (the tenth day of the third lunar month), therefore the dinner will be featured with traditional musical performances, a variety menus balance blended Western with Vietnamese cuisines (ticket price: VND 400,000 nett/guest).
This is the fourth year that the Hotel joins in Earth Hour to as a part of realization of its commitment to environment protection.
