To respond to Earth Hour 2012 together with communities and organizations around the world, the Nam Hai resort is planning to clean up the beach and to offer a special dinner party; besides, their decorative lighting and other non-essential lights will be turned off for one hour, on Mar. 31st.
Accordingly, at 9h30, Mar 31st the Nam Hai resort’s employees, guests and student volunteers will clean up the beach in front of the resort in order to raise people’s awareness of the importance of environmental protection. Then, a dinner party with organic foods and safe vegetable which are planted in the garden of the resort will be served in the evening.
The activities of the Nam Hai resort aim to minimize negative impacts causing by tourism for environment.
Being actively involved in Viet Nam’s Green Lotus Label, the Nam Hai resort has enthusiastically enhanced in processing and re-using waste-water, recycling newspapers and plastic bottles as well as propagandizing water-saving and environmentally protection.
