Trans-Vietnam green journey

From 4 July to 4 August, a Trans-Vietnam Green Journey from Vung Tau to Hanoi will be held under the theme "For homeland’s sea and islands".

The program associated with volunteer activities to raise awareness about the dangers of mines and explosive remnants of war and protect the marine environment and many activities.

Trans-Vietnam Green Journey is a non-governmental organization working in the fields of environment, transport and social works aiming to  protect, preserve and promote the value of life for the advancement and sustainable society.

This year's program has attracted more than 150 students from universities and colleges throughout the country with many activities in a month. All activities will be carried out under the sponsor of the Institute of Oriental Culture Studies, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Ministry of Transport, people’s committes of cities and provinces which the journey goes across and the response of local people and thousands of volunteers nationwide.
