Low-cost carrier VietJet Air has announced a new air route between Hanoi and Quy Nhon in the central province of Binh Dinh, with seven round trips per week.
The flights, which will begin on April 26th, are scheduled to take off at 10:25am from Hanoi and 12:35pm from Quy Nhon.
Travellers can book tickets from January 26th with fares starting from VND 699,000 (USD 33.29) for each ticket.
Earlier, VietJet Air launched one daily flight from Quy Nhon to Ho Chi Minh City.
VietJet Air Vice Chairman Nguyen Thanh Hung said that the new air route will connect Quy Nhon with other cities such as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, ultimately cutting transportation costs to the region.
In a bid to increase its domestic and international presence, VietJet Air is purchasing 100 new aircraft to add to its fleet.
