After the talks, the two sides agreed a joint statement to reaffirm the importance of the five strategic areas of cooperation identified in the Action Programme 2013-2016, including agriculture and agricultural trade, education, aviation, clean technology, management environment, disaster risk management and tourism.
The two sides agreed to continue close consultations and cooperation on the important international issues such as the multilateral trade initiatives, peace and global security through cooperation peacekeeping, and coping with climate change and other environmental issues.
