The First Ho Tram Strip Resort

The Ho Tram Project Company on 11 July announced that work has begun on the MGM Grand Ho Tram, the first of five luxury resorts planned for the Ho Tram Strip. Phu Thinh Investment and Construction JSC, one of the largest construction firms in Vietnam, is to begin setting the piles for the foundations for this international standard mega integrated resort.

The MGM Grand Ho Tram is slated to be Vietnam's first and most luxurious integrated resort. It has been designed to blend into its natural coastal setting and comply with LEED environmentally sustainable construction standards. The main facilities of this world-class resort includes two hotel towers offering luxury suites along with modern convention facilities and a wide selection of entertainment and recreation activities, including a championship golf course designed by Greg Norman. 

The Ho Tram Project Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Asian Coast Development Canada Ltd. (ACDL), an international development and real estate company specializing in integrated resort destinations. The Ho Tram Strip will be on more than two kilometers of white sand beach near Vung Tau in southern Vietnam. Providing a personalized blend of relaxation and excitement, the Ho Tram Strip will have something for everyone, from lavish Vegas-style entertainment and theatre performances to premium shopping and dining, along with exceptional recreational facilities. Phase I of the development is to begin in early 2012.
