On 23rd November, an announcement was released by the Center for Culture - Sports and Radio and Television in Hoi An to inform about this promotion offer.
Thereby, the free admission is to celebrate Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day (23rd November) and the 23rd anniversary of Hoi An Ancient Town being recognized by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage (4th December 1999 – 2022), 5 years of Central Coast Bai Choi Singing art recognized as an Intangible Cultural Heritage (7th December 2017 - 2022).

As per schedule, many events and activities responding to the Closing of the Visit Vietnam Year 2022 will take place during the end of the year to attract visitors to Hoi An. Hoi An art performance show - Colours of silk will also be delivered on 26th November to celebrate Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day.
Sightseeing activities in the old town and traditional craft villages such as Thanh Ha pottery village and Tra Que vegetable village are also organised.
In December 2022 and early 2023, Hoi An will for the first time organise a tea culture festival and art creation camp, contemporary art performance, and installation art from recycled materials with the theme “The path of art – Convergence of colours”.
