Unlike scuba diving, freediving is a diving activity based on the diver's ability to maintain his breath without using breathing aids such as an air tank. Divers use only natural breathing and propellers, goggles to dive and move underwater. Freediving often focuses on exploring, enjoying the feeling of freedom and stillness under the ocean. This activity requires special breathing, pressure management and safety skills.
