On weekends, if you want to bring a breath of fresh air into your life, go to the cluster of historic landscapes in the south of the province, with Da Bia Mountain, Bai Mon - Mui Dien, Vung Ro – Non-numbered ship, Ca Pass and a landscape off the coast – Hon Nua!
Viewed from Ca pass, Hon Nua with sharp rock tops stuck on top of vertical cliffs looks majestic but isolated on the blue surface of the sea and it also looks like a boat slowly leaving the mother land toward the immense ocean.
Nua island is to the South of Vung Ro bay, 105m high above the sea surface. Near the island, in front of visitors is a beautiful picture. The vast sky and water are suddenly stuck by a high, dangerous and sheer rock cliff and many clusters of small stones in unusual shapes. From a long distance appears vaguely a range of green pants to distinguish the land and the sea water. On top of this green is the red painting standing alone but mightily and it is also the bright spot to guide fishermen’s boats. Close to the island, you'll be amazed at a small beach running about 500 meters long by an arc with smooth white sand and jade blue sea .
Here, visitors can wallow in cool water, dive to watch the beautiful coral reefs. For the people keen on conquering "marine produce", it is really the heaven with such activities as fishing along the rock reefs, catching a species with prickles (Nhum), snails “her breasts” (Vu Nang) ... Coming to Hon Nua, you should not be shy of becoming a Robinson on the island because you will be guided for sightseeing to Hon Nua lighthouse and take a panoramic view around the island with a lighthouse watching squad (under the Maritime Operations Center). With one more guitar, you've got a colorful picnic. Those who like to experience a night life should hold a campfire and welcome the sunrise on the island, then they touch the great feelings with the wild nature here.
