In the framework of GO GREEN programme, Toyota Vietnam with Center for Training and Environment Communications (Ministry for Natural Resources and Environment) on June 7 held the inauguration of VND 700 million 'An San ecological village' Project in Coc San Commune, Bat Xat District of northwestern province of Lao Cai.

The Dutch Directorate for Development Cooperation has provided over 50,000 Euros to help central Thua Thien-Hue province adapt to climate change. The project will be carried out in the districts of Nam Dong, Quang Dien and Hue City, where the local authorities will be helped to integrate measures to adapt to climate change in both administrative and community activities to maximise the work’s effectiveness.
Extremely high temperatures are one of the main causes of death in people with heart disease, the elderly and children. These findings are the result of a joint research project conducted by Professors Truong Quang Hoc and Tran Duc Hinh of the Hanoi National University and the National Institute of Malariology, Parasitology and Entomology.
